In this third video I go over building a Thief, and how his skills work, giving advice on how those numbers are just situational and can go up or down depending on what's happening at the moment. While a DM can be very strict and keep pure to the numbers, a more relaxed DM will see things aren't always black and white, there is shades of grey in the world.
