Today on the podcast, I am talking about Appendix F, gambling rules, followed up by my own homebrew "Mug Toss" game.
Mug Toss is a great game, but I would also incorporate Constitution regarding the effects of alcohol, maybe add the CON bonus or penalty to the accumulated drink penalty, i.e. a CON bonus of +2 would be unaffected by the first whiskey, etc.
that's an idea. I was just trying to keep it simple and fun. I came up with kind of on the fly, when we took a lunch break during the game. lol
I love Mug Toss! I’m going to use that idea in my Shadowdark play at some point. (And of course I’ll credit you!)
