Mazes & Perils Artifact: The Gemstone of Abaddon

While I was creating one of the modules for my up and coming game it struck me, Mazes & Perils had no rules for the Referee to design up artifacts. So I quickly started jotting down ideas, grabbed various books, looking around for various rules I had written down. While I have ideas written down, and various rules in my head, I decided to play around with what I knew and designed up the follow for my campaign, "The Red Hand of Abaddon".
